Q - What payment methods do you accept for me to add money to my casino account?

A - We accept many different payment methods including credit cards, Neteller, check, Citadel, Wire Transfer, Cash and more. For information about sending funds in cash, please contact support. Q - How do I add money to my casino account?

A - There are two ways to fund your casino account:

1. Login to the VIP Lounge Casino software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'. You will view a listing of deposit options in the lower right hand corner. If you do not see the option of your choice, click on quot;View More Options quot; on the bottom of the list. Please select the deposit option of your choice and type in the deposit amount without any decimals or cents. If you wish to deposit by bank wire or cash, please contact support for instructions. If the funds do not arrive instantly to your casino account balance, contact support for immediate assistence.

Q - Are there any costs or fees for making a deposit?

A - VIP Lounge Casino does not charge transaction processing fees. However, some fees may be applied to you by your credit card company, bank or depending on how you want to send us money, or how you want to receive it. If you select a method in which there is a sending fee charged, you may have the fees deducted from your cashout depending on the method, amount and your Banking Class . On Demand Funds (ODF)
Q - How do I deposit using my Credit/Debit Card?

A - ODF is a safe and effective way to deposit using your Visa or MasterCard. It's a credit card processor just like the one you use in the banking page, except it's over the phone. This way, banks will not block the transactions.

Q - How do I fund my VIP Lounge Casino Account through ODF using my credit/debit card?

A - You may deposit using your Visa and MasterCard.

  • Minimum per transaction: $20.00
  • Maximum per transaction: $600.00 or more depending on your Player Status.

Q - What is your withdrawal policy when I have deposited using a credit card (or ODF) in the past?

A - It is our policy to first refund all previous charges on your eligible credit cards. You must fill out a Secure Banking Form the first time you cash out if you have ever deposited using this service in the past. When funds are refunded back to your credit card, it will take approximately 3-7 business days to show up on your credit card statement.

Q - Is there anything that I should keep in mind when opening a Neteller Member account?

A - Important Note: To ensure your funds are properly credited to your VIP Lounge Casino account, the name and email address on your NetellerMember account must match the personal information registered on your VIP Lounge Casino account.

Q - How do I transfer funds in my Neteller account to My VIP Lounge Casino Account?

A -

  1. Login to the casino software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'. You will be prompted to the VIP Lounge Casino Secure Banking Area.
  2. Once there, select Neteller from the Deposit Methods options show.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, your Neteller Account ID and your Neteller Secure ID, then click SUBMIT.
  4. As long as the funds are available in your Neteller account, Neteller will approve the request and the funds will be deposited immediately into your VIP Lounge Casino account.

Q - How do I fund my Neteller account if I already have my bank account registered?

A - If you already have your bank account registered with Neteller, you will be able to transfer funds directly from your checking account to your casino account using NetellerInstaCash:

  1. Login to the casino software and then click 'CASHIER'. Then select 'DEPOSIT'. You will be prompted to the VIP Lounge Casino Secure Banking Area.
  2. Once there, select NetellerInstaCash from the Deposit Methods options show.
  3. Enter the amount you wish to transfer, your Neteller Account ID, Neteller Secure ID, AND the last four digits of your bank account, then click SUBMIT.
  4. Neteller will approve the request for Electronic Funds Transfer out of your bank account to Neteller and the funds will be deposited immediately into your VIP Lounge Casino account.

Q - How do I fund my Neteller account if I have not registered a bank account with NETeller, and wish to use another method to fund my NETeller account?

A -

  1. First make a Deposit at Neteller. You may select from the following funding options: Credit/Debit Card, instaCASH, EFTs, Bank Wires, Bank Deposits and cash.
  2. Once you have funded your Neteller Member account, you may now fund your VIP Lounge Casino account using your Neteller account.

  3. You will be taken to a Citadel Commerce page where you will have to complete a form and click on SUBMIT
  4. Once you receive the quot;Successful Transaction quot; message, click OK to close the window. The money will be instantly added to your VIP Lounge Casino Account

Q - How do I open and fund my Citadel account?

A - It rsquo;s free to sign up with Citadel, it only takes about 15 minutes. Please follow these steps:

  3. Follow the instruction given in the Citadel Commerce site
  4. Download their security shield software.

Q - Could you tell me more about depositing by Western Union?

A - Western Union is safe and anonymous way to deposit money into your casino account. Contact support for sending instructions before each deposit. You may deposit by phone, online or in person. We will cover your fees.

Q - How much are the minimums and maximums for depositing by western union?

WITHDRAWAL QUESTIONS

Q - How do I cash out from my casino account?

A - To cash out, simply login to the VIP Lounge Casino software, click on CASHIER and select lsquo;Cash Out rsquo;. Enter the amount you want to cash out, the method of preference and then click 'Submit.' The amount cashed out will be processed as follows:

1. We will reverse any previous charges made back by the same methods deposited to the extent possible; and
2. Any remaining money will be paid to you in your method of preference, subject to the processing fees as listed at Withdrawal Methods.

Upon completion of your request, we will email you a detailed confirmation of your approved withdrawal.

Q - Are there any restrictions before I can cash out?

A - You must wait at least 48 hours from the time of your last deposit before cashing out money from your casino account.

  • If you have received any form of bonus funds (i.e. deposit match bonus, poker points, etc..) you must first comply with all bonus rules before being eligible to submit a withdrawal.

  • If you have ever deposited using a credit/debit card you must first fill out and send us a Secure Banking Form if you have not already done so in the past.

Q - Is there any limit of times that I can withdraw per week?

A - You may submit a maximum of two withdrawals per week.

Q - Can I modify/cancel my cash out after I make it?

A - You may request accounting to reverse a withdrawal request back into your account if it is still in quot;pending quot;. To find out whether or not you may reverse a withdrawal request, simply log into your software, click on CASHIER, and click on REVERSE WITHDRAWALS. If the withdrawal requested is labled as 'Pending', you are still in time to modify/cancel part or all of your withdrawal request.

To reverse the withdrawal, simply click on the withdrawal request(s) and click REVERSE.

Q - How long after I cash out will I receive my money?

A - The amount of time that it takes to receive a cash out will depend on the method that you choose with you submit a withdrawal request. For details on the various transfer times and fees associated with the different withdrawal options, please see Withdrawal Methods.
